Lisbeth McNabb completed two years as CFO for Match.com and in October 2007 launched a professional women’s content and community website business as CEO of w2wlink.com. Her professional background includes 20+ years in finance, operations, sales and business development and planning in growth and emerging stage businesses. She has partnered to drive high levels of entrepreneurial and profitable growth, raise the level of excellence in the finance, sales and operations functions and increase market share within emerging businesses of companies which include Match.com, Frito-Lay, American Airlines and Sodexho.

Lis is a board of director on the NASDAQ company Nexstar Broadcasting a $250M annual revenue company. Nexstar Broadcasting Group currently owns, operates, programs or provides sales and other services to 49 television stations in 29 markets. Lis Lis recently joined the American Airlines Advisory Board on professional women business strategy. Lis is a board member of FEI Dallas, Finance Executives International and Program Chair. Lis joined the board of Sammons Art Center in January, 200.

Lis is on the steering committee of Women Corporate Directors - Dallas. A mentor at Southern Methodist University to MBA’s, Womens Foodservice mentor and member, and a former mentor at Mentium. Lis has formed women’s network groups at two companies—Frito Lay and Sodexho. Lis actively speaks to the growth and development of professional women and is a keynote speaker and voice on this important area in local and national organizations and forums.

She received her B.S. at University of Nebraska and M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
